In July 2022, SUN ONE is celebrating its 13th anniversary. Despite the ongoing war in the country, we are trying to find the energy to sustain the company stability, focus on development and, of course, support the Ukrainian economy.

Our team looks back at the events of the previous year and is happy to share its plans for the future that will certainly be bright and peaceful!

Billions of nerve cells lost

Our managers haven’t had any sleep last year :). That’s because we have launched some huge and interesting projects involving the staff leasing service. The process was active, fun, sometimes nervous, but the result was worth it!

Now, such companies as Rozetka, Verallia, Imperial Tobacco, AB InBev and many other enterprises whose names we can’t announce are enjoying the benefits of HR outsourcing, while we are proud to work with such clients!

How SUN ONE retains the blue-collar workers

It’s not a secret that the ultimate goal of any company is to make money, but no one can hold the market share for a long time focusing only on the profits. Thus, SUN ONE strongly cares about building the loyal relationships with its personnel. After all, the staff turnover and the continuous recruitment of new employees don’t benefit anyone: neither us, nor clients.

We sincerely love the blue-collar staff, sometimes we have to part ways with some of them, but we always respect their work and are proud that most of the so-called ‘temporary’ personnel works with us for 3-5-7 years!

The conquest of Europe

We stick to our principle – keep the labor force in Ukraine. However, during the war, when many Ukrainians have left the country moving to the European states, we realized that we could be useful to them there by offering the job. At the same time, a new opportunity emerged to show the European market our advanced staff management technologies and prove that our people know how to work.

Thus, SUN ONE has already launched new branches in Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary in 2022. We are open to active cooperation in these countries regarding the staff outsourcing service and we are ready to offer recruitment throughout Europe.

Improving the outstaffing

When a company is looking for points of growth and optimization, transferring part of the personnel to another company’s staff, i.e. outstaffing may become an effective solution.

SUN ONE has been providing the outstaffing services to such customers as Vodafone, DeLaval, Havi, Danone, and others for 13 years already. But as for 2022-2023, we have set a goal of taking this service to the next level in order to make all processes as simple, fast and transparent as possible for our clients.

Rebuilding together!

In 2022, SUN ONE launched the construction staff outsourcing service. This was a new line for us that required serious preparation. Construction is a niche sphere that needs expertise and knowledge on how to find the constructors and verify their qualifications, how to manage projects.

But the preparations are over and now we have a strong team dedicated to this specific direction, and SUN ONE is happy to provide the staff for the construction of your facilities!
